Robert Perez
Robert joined Premier in January of 2024 as a Territory Sales Representative. He covers the San Francisco Bay Area, representing all Premier product lines and is based in the East Bay.
Robert was a Business Development Manager for Key Impact Sales, and most recently, a Sales Consultant for Sysco. He’s a 25-year foodservice industry veteran and has held extensive Executive roles in menu ideation, purchasing, procurement, management, and operations. His time as Corporate Chef & Director of Purchasing for Black Bear Diner & Pasta Pomodoro, respectively, provided firsthand experience in the roll out of more than twenty new restaurants nationwide. In addition, Robert has great insight into ghost kitchen buildouts and startups from both a restauranteur and consultant perspective.
Robert earned his associate’s degree in Culinary Arts from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, via the Le Cordon Bleu program. He is classically French trained with an emphasis in Latin/Italian Fusion.
